Developer Online is operated by Independency s.r.o. This page explains what data the site collects, why, and how long we keep it.

Who processes the data

The controller is Independency s.r.o., Kersko 192, 289 12 Hradištko, Czech Republic, company ID 614 60 788, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 28325. Contact: info@independency.cz.

Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry, we process your name, e-mail, phone, website or company name, rough budget, selected areas and the text of your message. The purpose is to reply to the enquiry and prepare a proposal; the legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation and the consent you give by submitting the form.

• The enquiry is e-mailed to us and a confirmation to you. Delivery is handled by Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) under standard contractual clauses.
• We keep enquiry data for at most 3 years after the last communication, or until consent is withdrawn.
• The form has bot protection (a hidden field and a limit on submissions per address). The IP address is not stored with the enquiry.

Analytics

The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 only if you agree in the cookie banner. Without consent, no tracking tags fire and no third-party cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time in the banner settings.

Hosting and logs

The site runs on servers in the European Union. The web server keeps technical logs (IP address, time, page address, browser) for at most 30 days for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

• Access to your data, its correction and erasure.
• Restriction of and objection to processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdrawal of consent, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
• A complaint to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
