What we
built.

Most of these projects we run ourselves, for years. That is a better reference than a screenshot: we know what breaks in software after six months and we build so it does not.

La Sofia 2026: redesign, optimisation and marketing

Year two of a handmade-jewellery e-shop: new design, custom theme and modules instead of purchased ones, a faster site, migration from Plesk and tracking for campaigns.

  • New design and a custom theme for PrestaShop 8.2.1: one file of design tokens, self-hosted fonts, WCAG AA contrast. The purchased theme stays only as a backup for comparison.
  • Custom modules instead of purchased ones: menu, slider, home page, footer, side cart, single-piece reservation, favourites without an account, GTM. Nivo Slider, Owl Carousel and Google Fonts requests went with them.
  • Hosting moved from Plesk to our own server under Indepanel, Git deploys, a dev copy on a subdomain. Tracking through GTM and GA4 with Consent Mode v2 and a product feed for campaigns.

System · 2025–2026 · Independency, own product

ClientDeck: a campaign control system

Our own SaaS that brings Google Ads, Meta, Sklik and comparison engines into one control system with alerts and an approval queue.

  • One system for Google Ads, Meta, Sklik, LinkedIn and comparison engines, with one metric definition and orders straight from the e-shop.
  • Every account intervention goes through an approval queue: name, reason, timestamp and a review date.
  • Verified Google and Meta OAuth integrations, tokens encrypted with AES-256 and automatic rotation, eight languages.
Indepanel: managing websites instead of Plesk

System · 2026 · Independency, own tool

Indepanel: managing websites instead of Plesk

A replacement for paid Plesk built on automation: domain setup, mail, Git deploys, monitoring and maintenance of dozens of sites in one clear flow.

  • Replaces paid Plesk. Built in Node.js, focused on automating domain management, client websites, their deployment from development and monitoring.
  • A clear flow: domain setup, mail and DNS, Git deploy, maintenance, health and speed checks. No complicated configuration, no confusing panels.
  • Deploys go into a separate release folder and switch only after a health check; on failure the previous release comes back. Handles Node.js and PHP sites and dockerised apps.

Účtobot: bookkeeping that books itself

A layer on top of the accounting software: I forward or photograph a document, AI reads it and pre-books it from templates, I only approve. It watches the correctness of the books, VAT, cash flow and prepares filings.

  • A document only needs to be forwarded by e-mail or photographed in the app. Účtobot reads it safely, extracts the supplier, amounts, VAT and dates and pre-books it from templates and rules learned from history.
  • A person then only approves documents for booking. After approval the entry goes to the accounting software and is matched with the payment; every document always has one visible state and nothing silently disappears.
  • It watches the correctness of all bookings and VAT, reconciles the books with the bank to the crown, shows cash flow and customer payment behaviour, keeps the mileage log and prepares filing data. It saves hours every month.
Exam-prep application for tablets

Application · 2026 · own product

Exam-prep application for tablets

An eight-part placement test, pen input, practice driven by mistakes and gamification that motivates without manipulating.

  • The app starts with an 8-part placement test in Czech and maths that estimates the score and builds a study plan.
  • Pen input on the tablet, read-aloud, hints and practice driven by mistakes bring training close to the real exam.
  • Gamification (levels, XP, daily streaks, missions, badges) rewards progress, not time in the app; dark patterns and pay-to-win were left out.
Our own cookie banner with Consent Mode v2

Tool · 2025 · Independency, part of ClientDeck

Our own cookie banner with Consent Mode v2

A banner that sets Consent Mode v2 before any other tag, proves consent and deploys on any site with no licences.

  • Commercial banners are priced per domain or by traffic; for an agency with many client sites, cost and fragmentation grow with every site.
  • A good banner has no pre-ticked boxes, offers Reject on the first layer, fires nothing before consent and can prove the consent it collected.
  • The banner is part of ClientDeck, sets Consent Mode v2 before any other tag and deploys on any site with no extra licences.

AXA Racing website: a three-brand catalogue

A website for a Polaris, CFMOTO and GOES dealer: one catalogue for three brands, model pages with variants, machines in stock and enquiries straight to sales.

  • The AXA Racing website was designed by the DHMO studio and we built it from scratch, including a custom CMS for the catalogue.
  • It rests on one catalogue for three brands, model pages with variants and specs, and enquiries that go straight to sales.
  • SEO and tracking were part of the brief from day one, so performance marketing could build on the site.

Website · 2026 · Safe Logic s.r.o., window service and replacement

Safe Logic website: from a builder to Next.js

A window and door service website ported from the Sitejet builder to Next.js 15, with forms wired to MySQL, Raynet CRM and e-mail, its own admin and per-page SEO.

  • A faithful port: the original look is driven by the same CSS, only the contact form and enquiry processing were rewritten.
  • An enquiry is first saved to MySQL, then a lead is created in Raynet CRM and a notification and customer confirmation are sent; an e-mail outage never loses an enquiry.
  • An admin with an enquiry overview, recipient settings and per-page SEO (title, description, noindex, hide page), with sitemap and robots generated dynamically.
AI Toolkit: five free tools, full home page
AI Toolkit: five free tools, mobile version

Website · 2026 · Independency, own website

AI Toolkit: five free tools

A website with five deterministic tools for AI visibility and feed checks. Node.js and SQLite without a build step, 30 tests, SSRF protection.

  • Five tools: AI answer analysis, what AI sees on a page, feed check, AI crawler access and sitemap check. All deterministic, no paid APIs.
  • The tool logic is one file that runs on the server and in the browser, so pasted text and a submitted URL give the same number.
  • Node.js, Express and SQLite without a build step; fetching external URLs is guarded by custom SSRF protection with tests for nine vectors.

Chci PPC: an educational site in seven languages

An article library and a budget calculator with an ad-response model. Next.js, seven languages, localised slugs, generated OG images, RSS and llms.txt.

  • Seven languages with the language in the URL, localised article slugs and hreflang; every article has a stable key across languages.
  • The calculator models ad response with a power curve and admits when the result is an extrapolation outside the calibrated range.
  • All pages are statically pre-rendered, with a JSON-LD graph, OG images generated per article, RSS and llms.txt.

La Sofia e-shop: design, build and launch

The first version of a handmade-jewellery e-shop: web design, PrestaShop on a purchased theme, payments, shipping and the start of sales. The base for the redesign a year later.

  • Web design and store structure: categories by type of jewellery, new arrivals on the home page, a product card with one photo, guest checkout.
  • PrestaShop 8 on the purchased Corano theme to launch quickly: Comgate and QR payments, Zásilkovna and PPL shipping, cash on delivery.
  • Content and photos of 180 pieces, SEO basics, traffic measurement and the start of sales. A year of operation then showed what held the theme back and led to the redesign.
