What we built
Products we run every day
Most of what we offer we first built for ourselves. A campaign control system, a hosting panel, a bookkeeping robot, a cookie banner. We know what it means to run software for years, not just hand it over.
La Sofia 2026: redesign, optimisation and marketing
Year two of a handmade-jewellery e-shop: new design, custom theme and modules instead of purchased ones, a faster site, migration from Plesk and tracking for campaigns.
ClientDeck: a campaign control system
Our own SaaS that brings Google Ads, Meta, Sklik and comparison engines into one control system with alerts and an approval queue.
Indepanel: managing websites instead of Plesk
A replacement for paid Plesk built on automation: domain setup, mail, Git deploys, monitoring and maintenance of dozens of sites in one clear flow.
Účtobot: bookkeeping that books itself
A layer on top of the accounting software: I forward or photograph a document, AI reads it and pre-books it from templates, I only approve. It watches the correctness of the books, VAT, cash flow and prepares filings.
How we work
From brief to operations
The same process for a one-week website and a system we build for a year. Only the length of each step differs.
Brief and numbers
First what the site or tool should bring in: enquiries, orders, hours saved. Only then what it should do. If we do not know what to measure, we do not start.
Design and prototype
Structure, content and key screens before the first line of code. For websites with DHMO, for tools a clickable prototype straight away.
Development in short iterations
A working version every week, not a big reveal at the end. You follow progress in Git and on a staging domain.
Tracking and SEO from the start
GA4, Consent Mode v2, structured data, sitemap, speed. After launch the site is ready for campaigns, not for another project.
Deployment and operations
Git deploys with a health check and automatic rollback to the previous release. Then we watch uptime, updates and backups.

What people ask most
What do you build websites with?
Next.js, React and Node.js, in TypeScript. Pages are pre-rendered on the server, so they are fast and readable for search engines and language models alike. For smaller sites and tools, Node.js with Express and SQLite without a build step is enough. We do not dismiss WordPress or Shoptet, we just do not build on them from scratch; we can integrate with them.
How much does a website or an application cost?
The price is set after an introductory call, by scope. A simpler single-language presentation site is a matter of weeks, a custom system a matter of months. After the first call you get the scope, an hour estimate and a price. We do not work on commission or success fees; we bill hours or a fixed price per stage.
Where will the site run?
Either on our own hosting or on yours. For our own operations we built Indepanel, a panel that deploys sites from Git, checks their health and rolls back to the previous release on failure. When we build a site, we can also run, update and back it up.
Do you do design too?
Website and brand design is done by our sister studio DHMO. You have one contact, we hand things over between ourselves. If you already have a design, we build to it.
Can you integrate AI?
Yes, with care. We use language models where they read, sort and propose: documents, enquiries, copy, account audits. A human always approves the decision and every item has a visible state. That is how we built the bookkeeping robot and the AI audit in ClientDeck.
Who owns the code and the access?
You do. The repository, domain, hosting and service accounts are kept on your accounts or handed over to you. We write documentation so that anyone else can pick up the project.
Why is development on a separate domain when you are part of an agency?
Because development is also requested by companies that handle marketing elsewhere or not at all. Developer Online is the part of Independency that writes code: websites, automation, applications and integrations. The invoicing company is the same, Independency s.r.o.
