Safe Logic website: from a builder to Next.js
Safe Logic services and replaces windows and doors across the Czech Republic, and the website is their main source of enquiries. It ran in a hosted builder where forms went through a third-party backend and SEO settings could not be managed sensibly. We ported it to Next.js so it looks the same and works better.

- A faithful port: the original look is driven by the same CSS, only the contact form and enquiry processing were rewritten.
- An enquiry is first saved to MySQL, then a lead is created in Raynet CRM and a notification and customer confirmation are sent; an e-mail outage never loses an enquiry.
- An admin with an enquiry overview, recipient settings and per-page SEO (title, description, noindex, hide page), with sitemap and robots generated dynamically.
The brief
The site was built in the Sitejet builder and the client was happy with how it looked. The problem was under the surface: forms went through a separate backend on another domain, SEO and e-mail recipient settings needed a developer, and the builder's hosting could not be integrated with anything. The brief was: same look, own operations, enquiries under control.
What we did
- Port to Next.js 15. A script extracts each page's content, critical CSS and metadata from the HTML export, so the site looks the same as in the builder and a new export regenerates the content with one command.
- Forms as Server Actions. reCAPTCHA v3 verification and server-side validation, storage in MySQL (tables create themselves on first use), a lead in Raynet CRM, notifications to recipients and a confirmation to the customer. The order is deliberate: database first, e-mail second, so an SMTP outage never loses an enquiry.
- Admin. Database, SMTP, CRM and reCAPTCHA status in one place, the last 200 enquiries, e-mail recipients and sender with a test send, and for every page a title, description, OG and noindex or hide.
- Tracking. GTM with Consent Mode and a lead event, so campaigns can build on the site.
Operations
The site runs on our own hosting through Indepanel: Git deploys, secrets in the panel environment, a startup check that nothing is missing. Pages render on the server because admin settings should take effect immediately, without a new build.
